Features

the magnetic interface at the bottom of the flashlight or use the clip to

secure the AR10. Then adjust the head to obtain the required beam

Notice: The above data has been measured in accordance with

international flashlight testing standards ANSI/NEMA FL1 using one

3.7V 18650 3400mAh battery under laboratory conditions. The data

may vary slightly during actual use due to battery type, individual usage

habits and environmental factors. KLARUS is a member of PLATO,

participating in and helping to develop the ANSI/NEMA FL1 standard of

measurement. Product testing data is in accordance with these

internationally recognized scientific standards

Operations

ON /OFF

Lightly depress to memorized mode/ Long press to Turbo mode

Long depress 1 second for OFF

Mode change

Lightly depress switch to change mode (Turbo /High/Med/Low)

Memory function

The mode will be memorized when switching the flashlight off from this

mode. The flashlight will then automatically return to this mode when

next turned on

Strobe: Fast double-press to activate STROBE from any mode when

unlocked, and then press the switch again to go back to original state.

SOS: Fast double-press to activate SOS from STROBE mode, and then

press the switch again to go to the status before strobe

Lock-function: Depress and hold down the switch for 5 seconds (from

unlocked state) UNTIL the flashlight flickers twice. The flashlight is now

locked

To unlock the flashlight, depress the switch three times in quick

succession and the flashlight will again flicker twice to indicate that it is

active

Adjustable-head feature and function

This flashlight is uniquely designed to be sturdy and durable. Rotate

the head laterally to change the beam angle according to

requirements.

Battery Indicator

• When flashlight is initially turned on, the battery indicator light on the

switch will flash for 5 seconds then turn off

• Green indicator : 70%-100% charge

• Orange indicator: 30%-70% charge

• Red indicator: less than 30% charge

• When the power is less than 10%, the indicator light will illuminate

RED and flicker

Note: The battery indicator status works only if you are using a 18650

Li-ion battery

Charging operation

The flashlight includes a free USB charging cable. Charging current is

1000mA. The USB cable can be connected to any USB power supply

port (including PC USB, vehicle USB, cell phone USB, etc.). When

charging is completed, remove carefully to avoid damage

Charging Indicator

• Any 18650 with PCB protection can be charged in the flashlight

During charge: The indicator light on the switch is red

Charging is complete: The indicator turns green

Abnormal condition: The indicator turns orange and flickers

• Please DO NOT charge CR123A, 16340, 18650 without PCB

Protection batteries in this flashlight

• Please ensure that the battery is inserted into the battery holder in the

correct direction for charging

Safe Usage and Maintenance

• Do not use the Turbo or High mode while charging

• Charging time should not exceed 24 hours. It is recommended that

after the indicator turns green,the USB charging cable should be

disconnected within 1 hour

• If you do not intend to use the flashlight for a long period (i.e. a few

months), please remove the battery to avoid discharge

• If the flashlight is not used regularly, please charge and discharge the

battery once every 3 months in order to prolong its lifespan

Battery Insertion

Unscrew the tail from the flashlight body , insert batteries with the

positive indicator (+) facing in the direction of the flashlight body and

then screw the tail back on

Usage and Maintenance

• The flashlight's surface will increase in temperature during use,

especially during periods of higher lumen output. The maximum safe

operating surface temperature of the flashlight is 60℃ /140 F

• Please fully charge battery before initial use. Included battery is

charged to less than 50% as a safety measure and will not power the

flashlight at full specification without charging

• Do not shine light directly into eyes

• Remove battery when stored for extended periods

• Please unscrew the light's body to avoid accidentally switching the

light ON when not wanted during an emergency situation

• Replace and lubricate O-Rings as needed to maintain IPX-8 rating

Warranty

• KLARUS guarantees the flashlight against defects in material and

workmanship. Flashlight products that are found to be defective under

normal use within 5 years of the proof of purchase date will be repaired

or replaced without charge

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident,

unreasonable use or product alteration. Failure to follow the general

maintenance directions could result in damage to your flashlight that

may not be covered by the KLARUS warranty

Limited lifetime warranty

If problems develop after 5 years from the date of purchase, KLARUS

操作说明

开机: 单击开机进入记忆档位/长按开机进入极亮挡

换挡: 单击换档，极亮、高、中、低循环；关机记忆当前档位；下

次开机进入记忆档位

关机: 长按1秒关机

爆闪/SOS: 按键未锁定时任何状态下双击进入爆闪，单击返回原状

态，在爆闪模式下快速双击进入SOS，单击退回进入闪烁前状态；

锁定功能: 在未锁定的状态下，按键长按5秒锁定，快速单击三次解

锁（锁定和解锁时主灯闪烁两次，提示已锁定或解锁）

头部转角特色功能

该手电采用了独特的结构设计,坚固耐用,使用中您只需侧向施力转

动头部就能达到转角灯与手电间的完美切换，满足您更多使用环境

的需求

电量指示

• 开机后灯头按键指示灯显示5秒，5秒后关闭

• 绿色，表示剩余电量70%-100%

• 橙色表示剩余电量30%-70%

• 红色，表示剩余30%以下

• 电量在低于10%时指示灯红灯闪烁

注：此电量指示功能只针对18650锂离子电池

充电操作

本手电配送标准USB充电线，充电电流1000mA. 其中USB端口可

适配任何USB供电设备（包括电脑USB, 车载USB, 手机适配器

USB等）;充电结束，轻松拿取，避免大力拉扯充电线

充电指示

• 可充任何带保护电路的18650锂离子电池：

充电时指示亮红灯，充满时亮绿灯，异常时显示橙灯闪烁

• 禁止充CR123A、普通18650电池、16340电池

• 充电时，将电池正极朝灯头方向装入充电，禁止电池装反充电

充电注意事项

• 充电时不能使用高亮和极亮

• 充电时间不要超过24小时，建议在绿灯亮后1小时内断开充电口

• 长时间不用手电，请取出电池，以免发生电池漏液

• 长时间存放充电电池，建议每3个月进行一次充放电操作，以延长

电池使用寿命

保养及注意事项

• 手电在使用过程中，手电表面温度在60℃以下属于正常情况，请

放心使用

• 充电电池出厂时只有50%以下电量，直接使用不能达到最高亮度

和正常续航时间，首次使用请将电池充满

• 使用柔软干净的干布擦拭手电筒的表面。使用干净的软布来清洁

镜片的指纹与灰尘

• 为达到最佳防水性能，请定期检查防水O圈的完整性，并请适量

涂抹润滑硅脂于防水O圈上以延长其使用寿命。如O圈损坏，请及

时更换原厂O圈以确保您所使用之产品的优异防水性能

• 请勿将手电筒的光线直接照射人类或动物的眼睛

• 长时间不使用手电筒时，请将电池从手电筒内部取出，妥善存放

保修

• 15天保换期：自售出之日起15天内，在正常使用情况下，出现产

品质量问题，客户可选择更换新品或修理服务,要求更换时，所换

产品应为返修产品同型号同规格的新品；如同型号同规格的产品

停止生产时，则调换不低于原产品性能的同品牌产品

• 5年免费保修期：自售出之日起5年内，用户在正常使用情况下，

出现产品质量问题，则享受免费维修服务

• 终身有限保修：在超过5年免费保修时间外，提供有偿保修，费用

以实际更换材料费用为准，不另收取人工费用

will charge for parts. The total repair fee will be assessed according to

the cost of the replacement materials. If damage to the light is

substantial, KLARUS will contact the customer via the distributor with a

quote. The customer can then decide whether to proceed with the

repairs or not. Freight will be paid by distributor or customer.

Warranty Procedure

• If this flashlight does not perform to the specification, the product will

be repaired or replaced as described above.

• Please contact your original KLARUS dealer for replacement and repairs

• If the warranty issue cannot be resolved by the dealer, please contact

KLARUS at info@klaruslight.com for assistance. Please provide the

following information to expedite the process:

1) List the series number on the light,

2) Include a detailed description identifying the issue, accompanied

by pictures or a short video demonstration if necessary

3) Provide the name and store of the dealer you made the purchase

from; and a copy of the proof of purchase
