Features

• CREE XP-L HI V3 LED delivers a maximum output of 1100 LM, providing

a strong spotlight with a maximum beam distance of up to 305 metres

• Tactical ON/OFF Tail Switch designed for easy access in the dark

Side Switch changes brightness. The two separate switches with

distinct functions simplify operation

• Memory function that activates the preselected brightness level when

the flashlight is switched on

• Improved side Switch to change brightness by either clicking through

modes individually or by holding in the switch, which then cycles

through the mode options automatically until you find the required

level of brightness

Notice: The above data has been measured in accordance with

international flashlight testing standards ANSI/NEMA FL1 using one

3.7V 3400mAh battery under laboratory conditions. The data may vary

slightly during actual use due to battery type, individual usage habits

and environmental factors. KLARUS is a member of PLATO,

participating in and helping to develop the ANSI/NEMA FL1 standard of

measurement. Product testing data is in accordance with these

internationally recognized scientific standards

To increase flashlight using efficiency, we recommend that you use a

KLARUS 3400mAh 18650 battery and charger with high reliability and

performance

Operations

Tail Switch

ON /OFF:

Lightly depress for momentary-ON function, release to switch OFF;

Depress for memorized mode; Depress again to switch OFF

Side Switch (does not turn flashlight ON /OFF)

Mode change:

When ON, click switch to change mode (Turbo-Low-Med-High); To

automatically cycle through modes, long-depress for more than 1

second. The brightness level will alternate in a Turbo-Low–Med-High

mode loop. Release the switch at the desired brightness.

Memory function:

The chosen mode will be memorized when switching the flashlight off

from that mode. The flashlight will then automatically return to this

mode when next turned on

Strobe: Fast double-press to activate STROBE when ON, and then

press the switch again to go back to original state

SOS: Fast double-press to activate SOS from STROBE mode, and

then press the switch again to go to the status before strobe

Smart ITS Temperature Control System

When the flashlight is in bright light modes, intensity will be

automatically adjusted according to the temperature of the flashlight

body to protect the LED and internal components and ensure safety

and stability

Battery Remaining Indicator

• When flashlight is initially turned on, the battery indicator light on the

side switch will flash for 5 seconds then turn off

• Green indicator: 70%-100% charge

• Orange indicator: 30%-70% charge

• Red indicator: less than 30% charge

• When the power is less than 10%, the indicator light will illuminate

RED and then flicker to alert user that capacity is critical

Note: The battery indicator status works only if you are using a 18650

Li-ion battery

Battery Low Power Protection Function

The flashlight automatically reduces brightness if the battery is running

low (voltage < 3V), effectively preventing over-discharge

Battery replacement

Unscrew the head from the flashlight body, insert batteries with the

positive indicator (+) facing in the direction of the flashlight head and

then screw the tail back on

Usage and Maintenance

• The flashlight's surface will increase in temperature during use,

especially during periods of higher lumen output. The maximum safe

operating surface temperature of the flashlight is 60℃ /140 F

• Please fully charge battery before initial use. Included battery is

charged to less than 50% as a safety measure and will not power the

flashlight at full specification without charging

• Do not shine light directly into eyes

• Remove battery when stored for extended periods

• Please unscrew the light's body to avoid accidentally switching the

light ON when not wanted during an emergency situation

• Replace and lubricate O-Rings as needed to maintain IPX-8 rating

Warranty

• KLARUS guarantees the flashlight against defects in material and

workmanship. Flashlight products that are found to be defective under

normal use within 5 years of the proof of purchase date will be repaired

or replaced without charge

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, unreasonable

use or product alteration. Failure to follow the general maintenance

directions could result in damage to your flashlight that may not be

covered by the KLARUS warranty

操作说明

尾部开关

开/关机：轻触瞬亮，松开即灭；按下锁定照明，进入记忆档位；

再次按下关闭手电

侧按开关

无开关机功能

换档：开机状态单击换挡，按极亮-低亮-中亮-高亮循环

长按不放也能换档，长按超过1S后按极亮-低亮-中亮-高亮循

环，循环至所需档位释放即可进入所需档位

关机记忆当前档位，下次开机进入记忆档位

爆闪/SOS：开机状态双击进入爆闪，在爆闪模式下快速双击进入

SOS，单击退回进入闪烁前状态

温控系统

智能温控系统，在最高亮时智能温控系统会根据手电筒的温度来调

节手电亮度，有效保护LED及内部元器件，更可靠更安全

电量指示

• 开机后，侧按键指示灯显示5秒，5秒后关闭

• 绿色，表示剩余电量70%-100%

• 橙色，表示剩余电量30%-70%，

• 红色，表示剩余30%以下

• 电量在低于10%时指示灯红灯闪烁，提示用户电量即将耗尽

注：此电量指示功能只针对18650锂离子电池

电池低电压保护功能

电池电量不足（电压低于3V）时，自动依次降低档位，尽可能防止

电池过放

保养及注意事项

• 手电在使用过程中，手电表 面温度在60℃ 以下属于正 常情况，

请放心使用

• 充电电池出厂时只有50%以下电量，直接使用不能达到最高亮度

和正常续航时间，首次使用请将电池充满

• 使用柔软干净的干布擦拭手电筒的表面。使用干净的软布来清洁

镜片的指纹与灰尘

• 为达到最佳防水性能，请定期检查防水O圈的完整性，并请适量

涂抹润滑硅脂于防水O圈上以延长其使用寿命。如O圈损坏，请及

时更换原厂O圈以确保您所使用之产品的优异防水性能

• 请勿将手电筒的光线直接照射人类或动物的眼睛

• 长时间不使用手电筒时，请将电池从手电筒内部取出，妥善存放

保修

• 15天保换期：自售出之日起15天内，在正常使用情况下，出现产

品质量问题，客户可选择更换新品或修理服务,要求更换时，所换

产品应为返修产品同型号同规格的新品；如同型号同规格的产品

停止生产时，则调换不低于原产品性能的同品牌产品

• 5年免费保修期：自售出之日起5年内，用户在正常使用情况下，

出现产品质量问题，则享受免费维修服务

• 终身有限保修：在超过5年免费保修时间外，提供有偿保修，费用

以实际更换材料费用为准，不另收取人工费用

Limited lifetime warranty

If problems develop after 5 years from the date of purchase, KLARUS

will charge for parts. The total repair fee will be assessed according to

the cost of the replacement materials. If damage to the light is

substantial, KLARUS will contact the customer via the distributor with a

quote. The customer can then decide whether to proceed with the

repairs or not. Freight will be paid by distributor or customer.

Warranty Procedure

• If this flashlight does not perform to the specification, the product will

be repaired or replaced as described above.

• Please contact your original KLARUS dealer for replacement and repairs

• If the warranty issue cannot be resolved by the dealer, please contact

KLARUS at info@klaruslight.com for assistance. Please provide the

following information to expedite the process:

1) List the series number on the light,

2) Include a detailed description identifying the issue, accompanied

by pictures or a short video demonstration if necessary

3) Provide the name and store of the dealer you made the purchase

from; and a copy of the proof of purchase
